Disabled Supporters
One of Plymouth Argyle’s club values is ‘fan focus’. As part of this, we recognise that some of our supporters can need the assistance of a family member or friend to help them attend matches and cheer on our team at Home Park.
To help support these fans, Plymouth Argyle Football Club operate a free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket scheme. You are automatically eligible for this scheme if you can supply one of the following:
- Front page of your Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – (Higher/Enhanced Rate).
- Evidence that you are registered severely sight-impaired (blind).
We recognise that the evidence requested above might not include everyone who has an access requirement. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to apply for access provisions, let us know why you require a free PA Ticket.
You are welcome to post or email copies of any additional evidence that supports your application if you have any, or contact us to discuss your application.
Applications will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Buying a Disabled Ticket does not guarantee that a PA ticket will be issued. Prior to the start of 24/25 season, all supporters wishing to purchase Wheelchair User Ticket, or apply for a PA ticket, will need to prove their eligibility to the Ticket Office.
A record of their eligibility will be noted on the ticketing system, but no details of the nature of their disability, or copies of their allowance eligibility will be kept by the club. The PA Ticket is issued to the disabled person and can be used only if the disabled person is in attendance. It is not valid, and must not be used, if the disabled person does not attend the match.
Please note: The PA Ticket replaces the previous Disabled Carer’s Ticket.
