Ibrahim Cissoko signed for Argyle in the summer of 2024, on a season-long loan from French club Toulouse.

Predominantly playing as a left-winger, the 21-year-old has represented Netherlands Under-21s and joined Toulouse last summer from NEC Nijmegen for a reported €3million fee. He has also played for VVV Venlo and Vitesse Arnhem.
