Zak Baker rejoins Tiverton Town on loan

Zak Baker has signed for Tiverton Town on loan until January.

The 19-year-old goalkeeper is heading back to East Devon to link up with the Yellows again, having spent time with the club last season. Zak played nearly 30 times in the Southern League Premier Division South, and now returns between the posts at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.

Zak was on loan briefly to Plymouth Parkway earlier in the season but was recalled following Michael Cooper’s departure for Sheffield United.

Tiverton, managed by Leigh Robinson and featuring former Argyle apprentice Jeff Forkuo in their ranks, are 19th in their division after seven games. They are at home to Winchester City on Saturday, with Baker signing in time to go into their match-day squad.
