Young Greens drawn with Mangotsfield

Argyle’s youngsters have been drawn at home to Mangotsfield United in the first round of the FA Youth Cup.

The Greens were knocked out at this stage last season but had a memorable run to the fifth round in 2017/18, beating the likes of Manchester City and Burnley along the way.

That particular run saw the likes of Mike Cooper, Ryan Law and Luke Jephcott star for the young Pilgrims, who were eventually beaten by Fulham at Home Park, after extra time.

This year's first round tie must be played by Saturday, 6 November and will be played at Home Park.
