Whittaker named in Championship Team of the Season

Argyle’s Morgan Whittaker has been included in the 2023/24 Sky Bet Championship Team of the Season. 

The 23-year-old has registered 19 goals and eight assists in the division this term, the Greens’ first time back in the second tier since 2010. 

Whittaker joined Argyle on a permanent deal in the summer, having impressed at Home Park in the first half of last season, before he was recalled by parent club Swansea City. 

His most memorable moments of this campaign include a home hat-trick against Norwich City and a stoppage time winner against Rotherham United.
