Wembley General Sale Information
Following a very strong priority sales window with approaching 26,000 tickets snapped up, tickets for the Papa Johns Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium go on General Sale on Thursday, from 8am online, and 12pm on the Ticketmaster hotline.
As per the requirements laid out by Wembley and the EFL, tickets will only go on sale to those who are already registered on our ticketing database as of 15 March, 2023, with a maximum of six tickets per Supporter ID. Please note that if you have already booked during the priority phase, you will not be eligible to purchase further tickets.
Eligible supporters can purchase from 8am at argyletickets.com, or by calling the Ticketmaster hotline on 0844 453 9959 from midday. Please note that calls cost 60p per minute, plus any applicable network charges. The Ticketmaster phone lines are open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Online purchases can be made at any time of the day or night.
The Home Park Ticket Office will be open, but exclusively serving ambulant and wheelchair disabled supporters for Wembley Stadium, plus all tickets for this weekend’s Sky Bet League One tie against Forest Green Rovers and other league games. If you require accessible tickets, please visit the Home Park Ticket Office between 9am-3pm, or call 01752 907700 from 9am on Thursday.
Supporters will be required to provide proof of PIP or DWP at the enhanced rate if they have not previously done so.
Please note, for absolute clarity, general admission tickets will not be sold via the Home Park Ticket Office, so please do not queue or call the club’s phone lines for these purposes. Queries can be directed to tickets@pafc.co.uk.

Delivery of Tickets
All match tickets will be delivered via email, with the option for supporters to either download digital tickets or print at home.
The process of ticket delivery will begin in the days ahead. The club will communicate with all supporters when ticket delivery has been completed. In the interim we ask for patience – while some supporters will receive their tickets earlier than others, this should not be cause for concern.
Any supporters who claim not to have received tickets after the delivery period will be supported by the Home Park Ticket Office team. We will advise supporters when it is the appropriate time to do this, and we thank the Green Army for their patience as we seek to co-ordinate ticketing in the most efficient manner possible.
The ticketing process will be completed quicker if staff do not have to field queries from supporters as to the status of their ticket delivery in the coming days, and we request that you do not call the Ticket Office with queries about Wembley ticket delivery until we invite such calls.
We thank you for your incredible support – not just for Wembley, but throughout the 22/23 campaign – and appreciate your co-operation.
