Under-18s face Carlisle trip in FA Youth Cup

Argyle Under-18s’ trip to Carlisle United in the third round of the FA Youth Cup will take place on Tuesday, 10 December, with a 7pm kick-off time at Brunton Park. 

The Cumbrians secured a place in the third round of the competition with a 1-0 victory against Barnsley at Oakwell. 

Last year, Argyle entered the competition in the same round, but lost to Crystal Palace at Home Park by the narrowest of margins.  

The Greens were level with their Category One opponents at half-time, thanks to a Caleb Roberts goal, but were left heartbroken when George King’s goal in the 80th minute secured victory for the visitors.
