Ryan Lowe makes four changes for the pre-season visit of Middlesbrough to Home Park.

Jordan Houghton will make his first appearance at the Theatre of Green for the first time since re-joining the club on a permanent basis, replacing Adam Randell.

Luke Jephcott, Macaulay Gillesphey and Panutche Camara are all back in the starting line-up with Ryan Hardie, Brendan Galloway and Ryan Law starting from the bench.

And that bench is stacked full of Academy players with Angel Waruih, Ethan Mitchell, Oscar Rutherford and Brendan Pursall joining Finley Craske and Rhys Shirley.
