Southampton Game Live on Sky

Argyle's game against Southampton at Home Park on Saturday, 19 August will now kick off at 12.30pm, and will be screen live on Sky Sports. 

The game pits Sky Bet League One champions Argyle against Southampton, relegated from the Premier League last season. 

Argyle have not met the Saints since the 2010/11 season, when Peter Reid's Pilgrims won at St Mary's on the opening day of the season, also in a televised game. However, when the sides met in the penultimate game of that campaign, it consigned Argyle to relegation. Meanwhile, Saints secured promotion to the second tier.
