Sheffield Wednesday Pre-Match Show

Argyle’s Sky Bet Championship campaign gets underway on Sunday afternoon, with a trip to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday. 

Three months on from Joe Edwards’ heroic header to keep the Greens in the division, we’re back in competitive action against a Wednesday side that ended 2023/24 in style. 

Wayne Rooney takes charge of his first league game for Argyle, with four summer signings in the starting line-up set to make their debuts. 

With the game picked to be broadcast on Sky Sports Football, audio commentary will be available for most supporters not in South Yorkshire – click here to find out where you can buy your match passes.   

All the build-up, however, will be available to watch on Argyle TV from 3.30pm. Charlie Price will be joined by Marc Edworthy, for the pre-match show. They will bring you all the team news, exclusive interviews, and views from inside the Argyle camp.   

Commentary from Hillsborough will then be provided by Drew Savage and David Norris for BBC Radio Devon.
