Season Ticket Waiting List Update
We have seen a 57% uptake in season ticket purchases from those offered on the waiting list since Tuesday, 2 July.
We will be extending into a second week and emails will be sent out for those who will have an opportunity to buy next week.
Key Information:
You will be emailed to advise that you can access, with dates and timescales for purchase.
If you have an Evergreen Membership, please contact the Home Park Ticket Office before attempting to buy, so that your discount can be applied.
If you have access, you can purchase online where you can pay by card, use account credit and have access to the finance option. Please note - finance applicants need to be over 18.
You can also purchase via the Home Park Ticket Office, either in person or over the phone on 01752 907700, during office hours of 10am to 4pm on weekdays and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Please advise our team members if you have account credit to use.
If you already have a season ticket, and attempt to purchase online, it will not allow you to purchase another seat.
If you are already a season ticket holder and added yourself to the waiting list for your partner or child, you will need to contact the Home Park Ticket Office, either in person or over the phone on 01752 907700, during the office hours listed above.
You can assign seats online, but only to those who have access and who are in your network with the appropriate permissions for you to manage. For example, if you and your partner/child are consecutive on the waiting list.
You will have 7 days to purchase, as advised in your email. If you opt not to purchase in this time frame, then you will be removed from the list, and you would need to reapply for future access.

Delivery:
Standard Post – Free standard delivery is available to all supporters. If the card is not received, a reprint charge of £5 will apply.
Signed for 1st Class - £3.00: This option provides proof of delivery. If the card is not received, a reprint fee of £5 will apply.
Special Post – Special Delivery - £7.00: This option provides tracking and proof of delivery. If a card is not received, a reprint is free.
Collection:
Once purchased, if you opt to collect your season tickets, they will be available from 48 hours after purchase.
Please note - season ticket collection will not be possible on a match day.
ID will be required for all concessions, if not previously seen.
