Season ticket update
Processing of season tickets is well underway, with supporters already collecting and receiving their season ticket via the post.
There has been a delay on those, within these areas, who selected either recorded or Special Delivery, due to a system error, but these are being dispatched today. PLEASE NOTE, this is only the processed blocks.
Staff have been processing by a block at a time, although if season tickets have been bought or moved into these blocks after processing, they will not have been done.
Staff are currently processing the last blocks, which are Blocks 9 through to 15. These have some of the highest numbers to be processed so will take time.
If collecting season tickets and they have not been processed at the point of collections the team will process then.
Once all blocks have been processed, we will update further and we request that if you are in Blocks 9 through to 15, you wait for this update before contacting the ticket office.
