An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the retail team at Home Park.

The club is looking to recruit casual superstore sales staff who will be available during the week and on match days.

The roles will become part of our passionate and dedicated retail team and therefore we’re looking for suitable characters to complement our existing ethos, with a clear focus on putting customers at the heart of everything, along with energy and enthusiasm and a genuine passion for what they do.

Among other things, the role will be responsible for providing accurate information about the features, quality and availability of different products, helping customers find products they are looking for in the shop, give information about the features, quality and availability of different products, handle the payment for any purchases and advise the customer of information relating to their purchase, such as the club’s returns policy, or how to look after it.

It is an exciting time to be joining the team at Home Park, with the club on its way to realising the ambition of becoming a financially sustainable Championship club in the coming years.

• Two/Three vacancies for Superstore staff - various times / hours available
• Immediate start available
• Flexibility to work various shifts between 9am-3pm Monday-Saturday including weekends, evenings (including evening matches) and Bank Holidays
• Experience of working in a retail environment / customer service will be beneficial.
