Retail Closure for Sparksy's Funeral

Club services will be temporarily suspended on Wednesday, between 11am-1pm, to allow Argyle staff to attend the funeral of our friend and colleague Gordon Sparks at Home Park.

As such, the Argyle Superstore and Home Park Ticket Office will be closed during these hours.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank supporters for their understanding. Online access to argylesuperstore.co.uk and argyletickets.com will be unaffected.

Gates will open at Home Park from 10.30am and members of the public are warmly invited to attend to send off a Plymouth legend, whose personality with and without the microphone left an indelible mark on Plymouth Argyle, and the Devon community more broadly.

Guests are encouraged to wear Argyle colours if possible, and no Manchester United shirts will be permitted at Gordon's wishes. 

Those wishing to pay their respects with a gift or contribution are advised that it is immediate family flowers only, however there will be a retiring collection for Mustard Tree Cancer Support Centre, The Chestnut Appeal, and St Luke’s Hospice – three charities extremely close to Gordon’s heart.
