Pursall Joins Parkway

Brandon Pursall has joined Plymouth Parkway on loan, initially until the end of August.

The left-sided defender is heading across the city to gain some valuable playing experience for Lee Hobbs’ Southern League Premier Division South side.

Brandon, 18, has played five matches for Argyle, all in the Papa John’s Trophy. He made his debut against Norwich in September 2020, aged just 16 years and 176 days, becoming The Pilgrims’ third-youngest player ever.

He has played a part in many of Argyle’s pre-season matches, and will now head to Bolitho Park for another step in his development.

Argyle Manager Steven Schumacher said: "Brandon will enjoy his experience at Plymouth Parkway, as we saw with Finley Craske last season. We hope that he will develop and improve his game, playing regular senior football."
