New Appointment to the Board

Nick Giannotti has been appointed to the Argyle Board of Directors.

Giannotti, through Redball Ventures, is a member of Argyle Green LLC, the United States-based investment group that purchased a 20% stake of the club earlier in 2022.

As Redball Ventures’ Managing Member, Nick focuses on investing in emerging companies and owning renewable energy projects.

The Georgetown University alumnus’ appointment completes Argyle Green’s representation on the board, alongside Florida real estate businessman Michael Mincberg – who joined the Board upon the announcement of Argyle Green LLC’s £4m investment in August.

Upon his appointment as a Director, Giannotti said: “I'm pleased to join the Argyle Board.

“The Club is on the rise, both on and off the pitch, and I believe great days are ahead of us.  We have the best supporters; passionate, devoted, loyal, respectful, and fun, and I am excited to be play my part in the Argyle journey.

“I look forward to bringing fresh ideas to the Club and helping us achieve our goals as a sustainable Championship organisation."

Argyle Chairman and majority shareholder, Simon Hallett, said: “I’d like to welcome Nick to the Argyle board.

“Since Argyle Green became a shareholder in the club, I’ve got to know him, and am confident that he will bring broad expertise as well as a remarkable passion for the game and for Argyle.”
