Mayflower Grandstand Turnstile Information for Morecambe
Following supporter feedback relating to turnstile entry in the Mayflower Grandstand at our last home fixture against Port Vale, we are writing to reassure supporters that the system will return to usual for the Sky Bet League One visit of Morecambe on Saturday.
The club has now completed a significant ticketing and turnstiles upgrade around Home Park, which, when fully operational, will reduce queuing times around the stadium.
However, we acknowledge teething problems with the implementation of this system for the Port Vale fixture on Friday, 2 December caused delays for supporters in the Mayflower Grandstand.
The system only permitted entry via specific turnstiles, which was a change from what supporters were used to, and, in a number of cases, required supporters to queue twice to gain entry to the stadium.
This issue has been rectified - meaning ticket holders for the Mayflower Grandstand can be permitted via any turnstile which accesses the Mayflower Grandstand.
In addition, the club has laid on additional training for stewards and volunteers to ensure that this does not occur again.
We thank supporters for their understanding, and for their patience.
As always, we encourage feedback on all matters relating to your matchday experience at Argyle.
