Gyabi Wins CT1 February Player of the Month

Darko Gyabi has won the CT1 Argyle Player of the Month award for February. 

Gyabi adds his name to the list of award-winners this season which have included Kaine Kesler-Hayden, Lewis Gibson and Morgan Whittaker (four times).

In the poll for February, Gyabi came out on top, ahead of Brendan Galloway in second place, with Adam Randell third and Mickel Miller fourth. 

"I wasn't expecting it, but I'm really excited," said Darko. "It's been tough in certain areas, because there were games where I couldn't play, but since I've been back in the team I've just tried to help as much as possible in terms of working hard, helping the lads and taking everything in. We're back on the up now, and so it's good.

"Thank you to all the fans for their support. In the difficult moments, that's when we need to be together even more, because it's not going to be easy for the rest of the season. We've got some big games coming up - we need to be together and be a family."
