Forever Green Christmas Lunch 2024

You can keep your white Christmases – we’re dreaming of a Forever Green festive season.

Fans and players, just like the ones we used to know, will gather in Club Argyle on Thursday, 12 December, for a very special Christmas lunch and get-together.

We have thrown open the invitation for numerous former players to join us for the afternoon, and each will take their spot on a table alongside members of the Green Army to tuck into a sumptuous two-course luncheon.

During the afternoon, as well as tucking into the meal, we will chat to some of the players in attendance, relive memories of festive fixtures on screens around the room, and more. As well as cracking goals on the screen, there will be Christmas crackers on the tables – which former Pilgrim will look best in a paper hat?

Doors will open at 11.30am, with the afternoon concluding at 3.30pm. Lunch will consist of a classic Christmas meal of turkey breast, gammon ham, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing and usual trimmings. For a second course, we have plum Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.

Gluten-free and vegan options will be available. Tea and coffee will also be served. The bar will be open.
