Evergreen

Evergreen Update | Christmas 2024

Evergreen has reached its second anniversary and our incredible membership of almost 6,000 Argyle supporters continues to ‘Be the Difference’ across all areas of Football Operations at Home Park.

Thank you, Green Army.

In the summer, Evergreen’s focus shifted to the Past, Present, and Future of the club, opening up fresh opportunities for members to provide direct support for Argyle Women and our Argyle legends through Forever Green.

Past
We were delighted to send five lucky Evergreen members and their guests to the 1974/75 reunion event at Home Park, one of many prize draws we offer on a regular basis. We are also engaging in further discussions on how Evergreen can support Forever Green in expanding their database of Argyle legends.

The ambition for Evergreen is to assist Laura and Paul in the Forever Green team to make contact with all former Pilgrims and the families of those no longer with us, creating an alumni arguably unrivalled by any other football club. In the New Year, we will reveal how the Green Army can assist in this epic task.

Present
Evergreen was very proud to be a key partner in the development of Middleton House. Named after Argyle legend Katie Middleton, this superb new accommodation based at Marjon is a long-term project aimed at providing Argyle Women’s manager Ryan Perks with fresh recruitment options, as we can now attract quality footballers from around the country with the offer of excellent living arrangements.

In addition, Evergreen members have funded the provision of new training and match-day equipment for Argyle.

Across all areas of football operations at Home Park, Argyle Director of Football Neil Dewsnip has been a fabulous advocate of Evergreen, and we are now actively working together on projects to help support the men’s first team.

Future
Following on from Evergreen supporting the Argyle Academy in their summer pilgrimage to the SuperCupNI tournament in Northern Ireland, our stars of the future continue to enjoy transport from the Evergreen minibus and all age groups have now been supplied with bespoke Evergreen rucksacks. Next on our Academy menu is to provide bench coats for all age groups over the winter months.

Grand Prize
The Evergreen Grand Prize for 2024 will send two lucky members and their guests on an amazing European football weekend. Our winners will attend a game at one of the leading European football stadiums before exploring the sights and sounds of the city. All members are entered into the draw, which will take place in the next fortnight.

Replica Shirts
If you were a Premium member signed up before 12 May of this year, you are eligible for a free replica shirt, please pop in to collect if you are local or complete the postage form for us to get your shirt sent out. For those requiring postage of shirts, please complete this link for preferences.

Please note that any 2024-25 shirts not collected or where the postal link has not been completed by 31 January, 2025 will be returned to the Home Park Superstore.

We have now received our limited stock of junior home shirts in the following sizes: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14.

Premium members who would prefer their shirt benefit in a junior size, as a gift for example, this will be available on a first come, first served basis. Or you can request postage outside of a PL postcode by completing this link.

The shirt benefit is ongoing, so even if you had a free shirt last season, you get another one each year. From the 2025-26 season, this benefit will be for the home shirt only, ensuring all eligible members receive their next edition of the famous Green shirt in the first wave of production.

Souvenir Packs
The same applies for souvenir packs, please collect if you are local, and we are sending out packs every week to members not based in a PL postcode. Please note, packs are sent out in order of sign-up dates.

Season Tickets
Evergreen members who are season-ticket holders have been able to take advantage of a superb discount, up to £75 for Premium members and £50 for Standard members. While this benefit has now closed for the 2024/25 season, it will open again next year and sign-ups before 1 May, 2025 are guaranteed a discount, as long as their membership is active. Please note, you must remain a member until 1 January each year, or the discount will be revoked.

Ticket Priority
Evergreen members who are not season-ticket holders benefit from a range of priority windows in the ticket purchasing process. Evergreen membership is the best way for non-season-ticket holders to ensure they get a match ticket.

Harpers Discount
Evergreen members receive a discount on services offered by the Harpers Football Centre, but only at off-peak times, which is all day on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, before 6pm and after 9pm on a Monday - Thursday.

Prize Draws
Over the course of 2024, Evergreen members have been entered into a prize draw every fortnight, some recent examples include hospitality tickets for the 1974/75 reunion, the evening with Wayne Rooney, the 1984 FA Cup semi-final team, plus evenings with Peter Reid and Ricky Hatton. 25 Evergreen members joined us for an exclusive press conference with Wayne Rooney, 250 members enjoyed an exclusive signing session with the squad, junior members won the mascot experience and a whole lot more.
