Evergreen invests in football operations at Argyle

Over the lifespan of Evergreen, we have been privileged to make significant investments in football operations at Home Park, fulfilling our members’ mission statement to help ‘Be the Difference’.

Since the start of the current season, Evergreen has been involved in projects that cover the Past, Present and Future of Argyle, with members given the choice of where to direct their monthly funds.

When it comes to the Past, Evergreen is partnered with Forever Green in supporting the legends who have worn the famous Green shirt, helping to provide funding for former players to attend games, contributions to events and an active programme to help develop a comprehensive database of former player details.

As we progress with the Forever Green partnership, it is hoped that Evergreen will play a role in the development of bespoke memory packs for Argyle legends living with Alzheimer’s.

The Present of football operations at Home Park includes the men’s and women’s first-teams, and Evergreen was again proud to help fund the pre-season training camp in Spain, gym equipment, a nutrition app and the StatsBomb tool for collating player data.

In the medical department, Evergreen played a role in the purchase of IKD physio equipment, which basically means isokinetic dynamometry, a method using a machine (isokinetic dynamometer) to assess and rehabilitate muscle strength and function, particularly after injuries or surgeries.

From the women’s side of the club, Evergreen played a central role in the development of Middleton House, a superb new accommodation that has allowed the club to attract talented female players from across the country. Evergreen has also funded the purchase of new kit and training equipment for Argyle Women.

When it comes to the future, a huge number of Evergreen members have pledged their support for the Argyle Academy, investing in facility hire for training venues, development of dedicated Academy pitches, nutrition support and training equipment, including bespoke bench jackets.

On a larger scale, Evergreen has invested in tours and tournaments for our next generation of Argyle stars, providing the young footballers with incredible opportunities to compete against leading clubs in the UK and Europe.

While the primary focus of Evergreen is to support football operations, we are proud of the benefits provided to members, including a discount on season-tickets, the free replica shirt for Premium members, discounts across the club, ticketing priority for home and away fixtures, an exclusive souvenir pack, membership card and digital birthday card.

Evergreen also provides members with access to a full range of superb prize draws. Just last week, two members and their guests travelled to Milan for an amazing weekend of football and sightseeing, as they got to attend the AC Milan v Como game at the San Siro, alongside some shopping and, obviously, great food – a prize funded by Evergreen.

In the next week, 20 Evergreen members will be invited to an exclusive press conference at Home Park, where they take on the role of the media in an audience with Argyle Head Coach Miron Muslic, while the Easter holidays will bring two young members and their guests to the club for a full kitman experience.

Evergreen provides at least two prize draws each month, providing members with free access to Home Park events, signed merchandise, goodie packs and unique Argyle experiences.
