Equality Monitoring Survey
During the 2023/24 season Plymouth Argyle Football Club will be assessed by the English Football League (EFL) as part of the governing body’s Code of Practice.
The EFL’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Code of Practice reinforces a commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters and is made up of six areas of standards to be assessed.
One area is for fans to complete a yearly equality monitoring survey, which aims to support a broader understanding and better representation of fanbase diversity.
The Equality Code of Practice continues to be an integral part of EFL Regulation and achievement is mandatory for EFL Clubs.
Home Park Stadium and Plymouth Argyle Football Club wants to meet the aims and commitments set out in its equality policy. This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010 and building an accurate picture of the make-up of our supporters and workforce in encouraging equality and diversity.
We seek representation of our community throughout the venue and Club, in our visitors, employees, management and at board level.
The club needs your help and co-operation to enable it to do this.
Argyle fans will be able to complete the form here and we greatly appreciate any supporters taking time to do so. Fans can also access the form via their Argyle profile page on the club website, the link will take any participants away from the club website to a completely anonymous form.
Please note that filling in this form is voluntary and answers, wherever you take the survey, are anonymous. The results will help shape Club and venue decisions and strategy for making the space as accessible and inclusive as possible.
The form will remain open until 30 November 2023.
The information you provide will stay confidential, and be stored securely and limited to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager. Once analysed, a report will be produced and shared with the Board, senior managers and the EFL.
