Digital Opportunities with Argyle
Following the highly successful debut season of the club’s-own digital offering and Argyle TV, we are now inviting regional and national brands to harness the power of Argyle to connect with a new audience online.
Since launching last summer, the club’s new website, app, Argyle TV and digital content has seen unprecedented success, and the 22/23 season offers never before offered digital partnership opportunities for individuals and businesses alike.
Argyle TV alone has been broadcast to a worldwide audience of more than 18,000 unique members of the Green Army, generating excellent reviews and positive feedback alike. As we look to take Argyle TV to the next level, we are pleased to be able to offer bespoke advertising and sponsorship opportunities to become associated with our range of content and programming.
The Argyle App, which has been downloaded more than 10,000 times, can place your business in the palms of Argyle fans, offering a unique and interactive activation experience with in-built games, quizzes and score predictors.
Meanwhile, the Argyle Podcast has proven extremely popular with the Green Army, produced weekly by Charlie Price, the podcast achieves in excess of 1,800 unique downloads per podcast, placing it as one of the region’s premier original podcasts, in both quality and audience size. This complements the club’s free to view pre-match show, broadcast for an hour ahead of every home match on the Argyle YouTube channel, and viewed live by hundreds of supporters every match-day.
With Home Park achieving its highest attendances since 2007, as well as six complete sell-outs during the 2021/22 campaign, there has never been a better time to promote your business via our 45 digital concourse screens. More than 300,000 people flocked through the Home Park turnstiles during the 21/22 Sky Bet League One campaign.
All digital sponsors and advertisers will receive a football signed by the Argyle first team squad as well as ten match tickets to donate to a charity of their choice as part of the advertising package, with options available for every business size and budget.
Argyle’s Head of Commercial Operations, James Greenacre, said: “I can safely say that our media offering is as good as it’s ever been, and provides unparalleled insight to the team, the club, and everything behind the scenes at Argyle.
"Well-known organisations such as Uber Eats, Mercedes Benz South West, Nuffield Health and The Turmeric Company have become synonymous with various elements of our digital platforms, utilising the opportunity to promote themselves to our supporters far and wide.
“In an increasingly digital world, harnessing the power of our digital platforms to connect with Argyle fans on a local, national and international level is a great opportunity for our partners, and one that we are really excited to explore in greater detail next season.”
