Cisco for the Cup
The logo of a family-run Plymouth business will proudly adorn the Pilgrims’ shirt sleeve for Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup tie with Rochdale at the Crown Oil Arena.
Local firm Cisco Homes, specialists in home insulation and energy-saving solutions, have stepped up their sponsorship of the club for this fixture, and will see their logo beamed to television screens around the world, with the fixture selected for live broadcast.
Founded in 2016, Cisco Homes has since insulated over 5,000 homes, and their business has grown from a small family affair to now having over 80 staff, covering the breadth of the country from Penzance to Newcastle.
Argyle’s Commercial Development Manager, Matt Kimberley, said: “We are delighted to have secured Cisco Homes as our shirt sleeve sponsor for Sunday’s game, and thank them for their increasing support in the club.
“Sunday is a big opportunity for us. Not only do we get the chance to try and reach the third round of the Emirates FA Cup and potentially secure a big tie in the next round, but we’re also being broadcast on free-to-air television in the UK on ITV, as well as around the world.
“This exposure is huge for Argyle, and also a great opportunity for a local, well-run business to place their brand in front of hundreds of thousands of prospective customers across the country.”
Stuart Umney, Managing Director of Cisco Homes, said: “We’re proud to be supporting our Green Army boys as they represent our city on the national stage.
“It’s a great opportunity for us to support our club, and in turn see our family-run, local business receive fantastic exposure.”
