Collections – These will be available to collect from the Home Park Ticket Office until 11am on Monday, 25 November. After this, any uncollected tickets will be made available on the day at Norwich from the South Stand Ticket Office.
Posted Tickets – If you have paid for postage and they have not arrived, please either call us on 01752 907700 or email tickets@pafc.co.uk, by midday on Tuesday, 26 November, for us to be able to arrange duplicates for collection. These can then be collected on the day at Norwich from the South Stand Ticket Office.
- Children under the age of two will not be permitted entry into the stadium.
- All tickets must be collected by the person whose name is on the booking.
- Photographic ID will need to be presented when collecting any tickets on match day.
- Tickets can be collected from 90 minutes prior to kick off.

By Car

From the West (A47):
Exit A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn left at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road as it bends to the right over a bridge, with Carrow Road then visible to your right.
From the South (A11):
Approaching Norwich on the A11, take the fifth exit at Thickthorn roundabout onto the A47, following signs for Great Yarmouth. Having joined the A47, follow the directions listed above to access the stadium.
From Ipswich (A140):
Approaching Norwich on the A140, eventually reaching a roundabout as the road meets the A47. Take the third exit at this roundabout onto the A47 towards Great Yarmouth. Follow the road to the next exit (A146) then follow the directions listed ‘From the West’ to access the stadium.
From the East (A47):
Exit the A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn right at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, signposted Norwich, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. By Rail
Norwich is well connected by train services, including frequent connections through London.
Norwich Train Station is located less than ten minutes on foot from Carrow Road. When walking out of the station turn left and follow Koblenz Avenue to reach the stadium or alternatively walk straight over at the traffic lights and through the Riverside Leisure complex to reach the stadium. Bus
First Group and Konect Bus provide city and county-wide bus services into Norwich. Norwich Bus Station is located approximately one mile from Carrow Road on Surrey Street (NR1 3NX). Park and Ride services are also operational around the city centre.

Canary Konect
The Canary Konect bus route, Route 35 run by Konectbus, is a direct link between The Nest (Norwich's Foundation’s community hub) and Carrow Road stadium, serving Norwich Airport and Norwich Rail Station on the way.
Buses leave The Nest at 08.15 stopping at Norwich Airport, Cromer Road, Aylsham Road, Anglia Square, Norwich Rail Station, and Carrow Park/Riverside on the way, with the last bus departing Carrow Road at 18.05.
On matchdays at Carrow Road, the route starts and finishes at the Thorpe Road (Rail Station) stop 60 minutes before and after the match.

Bike:
There are a limited number of bike racks available at Carrow Park, Norwich's Foundation’s facility opposite the Carrow Road South Stand car park.

Norwich is directly linked to London via National Express coach services, with the capital providing further links to a number of other cities across the country.

Air:
Norwich Airport is well connected to Europe, with extra connections through Amsterdam, and has direct flights from Aberdeen.
The quickest and cheapest way to get to Carrow Road from the airport would be to catch a bus from the Passenger Terminal. You can catch the 35 Canary Konect, which stops at Norwich City Centre, the Train Station and Carrow Park opposite the stadium – please note up to an hour before and after matches the last stop is at nearby Riverside Leisure Centre. Alternatively, you can catch the 501 Park & Ride bus towards Thickthorn, get off at Castle Meadow and get the Blue Line 25, stopping at the Riverside Leisure Centre just opposite the stadium.

Car parking is available at County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DW - which is a 10 minute walk from Carrow Road. No pre-booking is available.
Price per match is £6, pay on the day via card or cash. Please note, road closures operate immediately before and after matches outside the stadium to allow pedestrians to leave safely.
Car parking is also available at Trowse, NR1 2EG which is a 12 minute walk from Carrow Road. No pre-booking is available. Price per match is £5, cash only.
Resident parking schemes are in place in the streets around Carrow Road and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage. Please DO NOT park in these areas as you will be fined, and please also respect the needs of local residents.
Parking at Morrisons adjacent to the stadium is reserved for store customers only, with penalties imposed for misuse of this car park.

Portable induction loops for hearing aids are also located within the Ticket Office.

Outside the stadium
Before you enter the stadium there is a selection of concessions which are available to all.
A burger van offering burgers, hot dogs, chips and hot and cold drinks, Jason's fish & chips and a hog roast can be found outside the ticket office.
There is also another burger van located near the away end and one across from the Club Shop.
Inside the stadium
There will be a range of products available inside the ground, including pies, hot dogs, sausage rolls, vegan pasties and Cornish pasties.
The Lion & Castle
The Lion and Castle Pub, nestled in the Lower Barclay Stand is your ultimate sports haven, with two mega TV screens to catch exhilarating post-match sports. Quench your thirst with an extensive selection of drinks served by their fantastic bar staff. Or ‘do it yourself‘ and pull your own pint from one of the two new ‘state of the art’ beer walls. Hot cooked food is available to order from the bar including burgers, chips and pies pre-match and authentic Italian pizzas post-match.

Match programmes can be purchased for £4 from various stalls around the stadium, as well as from the Carrow Road Store.
Argyle supporters are advised of security measures as they enter the stadium.
Norwich would advise all fans bringing bags to the game to review the size of the bag and its contents to prevent delays at turnstiles. For security reasons, Norwich will not be able to store items for supporters during the game.
Key messages:
- Please arrive early to allow time for the security searches and checks.
- Supporters should be vigilant and report anything which causes them concern or which they think may constitute a safety risk to the nearest security or police personnel.
