Argyle travel to South Wales for a Saturday lunchtime kick-off against Cardiff City in the Sky Bet Championship.
Head Coach Wayne Rooney will be looking for a first away win of the season, having picked up three consecutive victories at home.
Argyle took four points from their two matches against the Bluebirds last season, drawing the away fixture thanks to a Morgan Whittaker brace.

Tickets for this fixture have now sold out. Please do not travel without a pre-purchased ticket.
Tickets are available for collection from the Home Park Ticket Office until 4pm on Thursday, 17 October.
Any uncollected tickets from this point will be available on the day from the away ticket office at Cardiff by Gate 12. Photo ID is required.
The away coaches will leave from outside of the Babcock Devonport End at 7am.
By Car
If you are travelling to the stadium by car, access from the motorway is easy.
- Leave the M4 at junction 33 and take the A4232 towards Cardiff/Barry.
- Exit the A4232 on to the B4267 turn-off, sign posted towards Cardiff City Stadium.
- Follow the slip-road off the B4267, take the second available exit off the roundabout onto Hadfield Road and then take the third left into Bessemer Road.
- Travel to the end of Bessemer Road and at the traffic lights turn left onto Sloper Road.
- Continue down Sloper Road and turn left (next to the HSS Hire Shop) to access the away supporter’s carpark.
- There is Electronic Vehicle Management signage & brown football signage to help guide you to Cardiff City Stadium from the M4 onwards.
Please be aware that following a sat nav may direct you through the city centre which will add at least 30 minutes to your journey.
By Train
If you are intending to come via train you will likely need to take a train to Cardiff Central Station and then subsequently walk or take a taxi o the stadium. It’s a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute ride.
By Taxi
Taxis are readily available across the city. You can book a ‘Private Hire’ or hail a ‘Black & White’.
A trip from the City Centre to the stadium costs between £7-£10.
By Bus
If you are planning on using a bus to the stadium, please visit the Cardiff Bus website.
Parking is available at Cardiff’s Away Supporter Compound for £10.
Fellow supporters who travel via coach or minibus will also be parked within the compound.

Entry for Away Supporters is via Gate 12.
When you arrive at your Entry Gate:
- Have your physical ticket or mobile ‘phone and digital’ ticket ready when approaching the turnstile.
- Place your ticket or phone into or up against the reader within the turnstile.
- Once you hear the tone, and the light turns green*, proceed through the turnstile and into the stadium.
*In the event the light either turns red, or the reader does not react, please exit the turnstile, and see one of the Customer Support Stewards, who wear purple tabards, and they will help resolve the problem.
There are several outlets within the stadium serving a wide range of food and drink, suitable for all culinary tastes, and dietary requirements.
Away fans are advised to drink in the city centre, where pubs are neutral venues.
Available in its traditional print format as well as digitally, The Bluebird can be picked up from several dedicated programme booths and sales points around the Cardiff City Stadium on match day, priced at just £3.50 a copy.
Cardiff request that all supporters arrive with plenty or time before kick-off. You should take into consideration such things as passing through stadium security controls prior to entry.
Please avoid bringing bulky items or large bags with you. Due to historical worldwide events, any items that a custodian wishes to bring into the stadium will be thoroughly searched, and some items may not be allowed.
There is typically a visible police presence for events, the presence inside the stadium will continue to be reduced in line with their event risk assessments.
It is Cardiff’s objective to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment and your assistance is really appreciated.
The stadium policy is to not allow such items.
Cardiff City welcomes fans to demonstrate their support using homemade flags and banners. To ensure these articles do not upset or distract others, Cardiff have asked that supporters adhere to the following guidelines:
- Banners should not be more than 8ftx4ft (other banners including crowd surfing banners allowed only with prior consent).
- Banners should have an appropriate fire certificate.
- Banners should not be placed in the eyeline of other fans.
- Banners should not obstruct any signage or advertising.
- Banners should not be of a discriminatory, commercial, political, contentious or obscene nature.
Cardiff City have dedicated stewards available to help, support and assist disabled supporters.
