Argyle TV | What's On This Week
With no home fixture for the Argyle first team in the month of November, Argyle TV is the best way to keep in touch with all the news and views from behind the scenes at Home Park.
On Monday evening, goalkeeper Callum Burton takes us through his Story so Far, sharing with supporters his unique journey through professional football, including caps at England under-16, under-17, and under-18 level, and saving penalties in front of 60,000 supporters in Kenya.
On Tuesday afternoon, we catch up with Darren Way, whose Argyle Academy side play their rescheduled FA Youth Cup opener against Cheltenham Town at Home Park the following evening. Later that day, September’s Sky Bet League One Player of the Month, Morgan Whittaker, takes the Green Army through his Firsts, Bests, and Lasts.
Zimbabwean international defender Brendan Galloway provides the entertainment to get you through your Wednesday lunch break, selecting his dream five-a-side from players he’s played alongside. With Premier League and international credentials, it promises to be as strong as any featured so far.
Subscribers can enjoy live audio commentary of the young Pilgrims’ FA Youth Cup opener from 7pm, while the Argyle TV cameras will also be on hand to deliver Darren Way’s post-match reaction first, as the Greens look to set up a second-round trip to Gillingham.
On Thursday, full focus is back on the first team. Manager Steven Schumacher and forward Morgan Whittaker face the press ahead of the trip to Lincoln City on Saturday, while Darren Way and Ryan Perks also look ahead to the weekend’s Academy and Women’s fixtures, respectively. Later that evening, flying wing-back Bali Mumba dishes the dirt on the Argyle dressing room as the popular Teammates feature returns to Argyle TV.
On Friday, the Argyle TV cameras go behind the scenes at Harper’s Park, giving insight into the Greens’ preparations for the trip to Lincolnshire for Sky Bet League One action.
On Saturday, Charlie Price and guests build up to the game against Lincoln City with a free pre-match show on our official YouTube channel, before live coverage kicks in ahead of kick off at 3pm. Domestic subscribers can listen to live kick-by-kick audio commentary of the tie at LNER Stadium, while international subscribers can enjoy live video streaming.
Reaction to the clash with Lincoln City will be available first on Argyle TV, before the full match replay and extended highlights become available to subscribers from 1am on Sunday morning.
