Argyle TV | What's On This Week
Another week, another high-profile encounter for the promotion-chasing Greens.
Argyle TV has you covered with all the build-up and access to preparations for the second Devon derby of the 22/23 campaign, with Argyle heading to St James Park looking to bolster their automatic promotion credentials.
Before we get into local bragging rights, though, Tuesday offers a quick look back at Easter Monday’s disappointing defeat at Home Park. Having been unable to capitalise on early pressure, Argyle succumbed to goals either side of half-time to taste defeat on home soil for only the second time this league season. Matchday Moments and Tunnel Cam offer another look at the day’s action.
On Wednesday, full back Saxon Earley provides further insight into the Argyle dressing room in the latest episode of Teammates.
Thursday is where the real build up begins. Fresh off a stunning goal in our last away game at Morecambe, playmaker Danny Mayor joins Argyle TV to preview this weekend’s tie against Exeter City. We also hear from manager Steven Schumacher, who is seeking to secure a managerial double over the Grecians, following an enthralling 4-2 victory over the Grecians at Home Park back in October.
Away from the first team, we hear from under-18 boss Darren Way ahead of the young Pilgrims’ encounter against Bournemouth, and Argyle Women manager Ryan Perks, whose side are seeking a big three points away at Billericay Town in the fight for FA Women’s National League survival.
On Friday evening, Inside Training brings the Argyle TV cameras alongside the final session at Harper’s Park ahead of Saturday’s trip up the A38.
Matchday begins early this weekend. With kick-off at 12pm, our pre-match show begins at 11am, and is live and free to view on the club’s YouTube channel as well as Argyle TV.
Join Charlie Price and former striker Ian Stonebridge – scorer of one of the most iconic Devon Derby goals in a 3-2 win at St James Park back in 2001 – in the count-down to kick off.
As the fixture kicks off earlier than usual, the game will be available to stream live in both domestic and overseas territories. A match pass costs £10, and can be purchased here.
Post-match, Argyle manager Steven Schumacher and selected first-team players will provide their reaction to Argyle TV first, before highlights, extended highlights and the full match replay become available in the hours that follow.
There has never been a better time to sign up to Argyle TV, for as little as £4.50 per month, and enjoy the raft of features and new content being produced daily at Home Park.
