Argyle at home to Cheltenham Town in Carabao Cup

Argyle have been drawn at home to Cheltenham Town in Round One  of the 2024/25 Carabao Cup. 

The tie is scheduled to take place on 13/14 August, following our opening game of the Sky Bet Championship season. 

The last time we played Cheltenham was in a cup tie, at Home Park. It was the semi-final of the 2022/23 Papa Johns Trophy - a game that finished 1-1, before Argyle won on penalties. 

In last season's competition, Argyle beat Leyton Orient 2-0 in the first round of the Carabao Cup, before losing 4-2 to Crystal Palace in the second.
