Academy Report | Wimbledon 1 Argyle 1
Argyle Under-18s ended their Merit League One campaign with their sixth draw from 10 games, this time away to Wimbledon.
Argyle started the game well and it was no more than they deserved when they opened the scoring on 20 minutes.Great feet by Jack Endacott saw him beat two defenders before setting up Freddie Issaka to place a shot into the home goal.
For all their possession, it was Argyle who were to concede the next goal as Wimbledon scored from a set piece on 58 minutes.
Argyle pushed for a winner and had two great chances to claim it. Issaka had a great chance only for the home goalkeeper to make a great save before Endacott set up substitute Henry Donovan, who fired over the crossbar.
