2025/26 EFL schedule confirmed

The schedule for the 2025/26 EFL season has been confirmed.

The Sky Bet Championship season will begin on the weekend of 8-10 August, while the League One and Two seasons will start a week earlier, from 1-3 August.

EFL clubs will reveal their fixture lists for the 2025/26 season at 9am on Thursday, 26 June. Fixture release day will also incorporate the draws for Round One of the Carabao Cup, and the Vertu Trophy Group Stage.

The Sky Bet Play-Offs will take place over the 2026 May Bank Holiday Weekend, from 23-25 May.
