2024/25 Argyle Women Fixtures Announced

Argyle will start their 2024/25 FA Women’s National League season with an away trip to Cheltenham Town on Sunday, 18 August.

The Pilgrims were triumphant in both games against the Robinesses last season, running out as 3-2 victors in the home and away fixtures.

The first home game of the season will come the following Sunday when Argyle play host to Oxford United. Last season, a thrilling Adobe Women’s FA Cup Third Round tie between the two ended with the Greens winning on penalties.

Information on home venues for the coming season will follow shortly.

A busy September period starts with an away trip to Milton Keynes Dons, followed by two home games, against Hashtag United and Watford. Watford featured in the Women’s Championship last season and dropped down into the FA WNL South following their relegation.

The month is rounded out with a visit to Billericay Town and a midweek tie against Devon rivals Exeter City, following their Division One South West promotion season last year. The reverse fixture against the Grecians will occur in February.

October will see Argyle travel away to another relegated side, Lewes, as well as Division One East promotion winners AFC Wimbledon. Sandwiched between those games will be a home tie against Ipswich Town.

The final game of the season will be at home to Gwalia United, who last season were known as Cardiff City Ladies. Rugby Borough, who featured in the FA WNL South last season, have been relocated to the Northern League following the relegation of two more southerly sides from the Championship.

Argyle’s fixtures for the League Cup, County Cup and Adobe Women’s FA Cup are still yet to be announced.
