100% for the Green Shirt
ARGYLE make their first ever journey to Salford City in Sky Bet League Two tomorrow night but there will be no thoughts of enjoying the new surroundings for manager Ryan Lowe.
After the defeat at Colchester on Saturday, the Pilgrim mission is to get back on the winning bike and earn points in the race for promotion.
“We’re preparing for a tough game away at Salford and we can’t dwell on it [Colchester],” said Ryan. What we can do is learn from it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
“The lads have been terrific, we’ve fallen off the bike and now we get back on as quick as we can. We were very disappointed but we put it to bed quickly.
“The lads are going out there to give 100% for the Green shirt and none of my players will go out there and think it doesn’t matter, win, lose or draw, especially under me. We’ve got two important games coming up and we’ve got to go back to the training ground and work hard.”
