Academy Boost

LAST week saw the final act of the Plymouth Branch of the Argyle Supporters Association as they donated £9,000 towards the Academy's under-15s' trip to next year's Northern Ireland SuperCup.

The Association is folding and it was decided to donate the remaining funds in their account to a good cause.

The committee met with Academy Director Kevin Hodges and Manager Phil Stokes in the new Green Taverners Suite last Friday to present the cheque, which will help towards taking a squad to Northern Ireland next July.
