Argyle @ Newport - the Line-Up
ARGYLE went into their game at Newport County with an all new Sky Bet League Two front line.
Byron Moore joined injured Joel Grant on the sidelines, so Pilgrims' manager Ryan Lowe opted for Dom Telford and Ryan Taylor up front, the same two that began the 2-0 midweek Carabao Cup victory over Leyton Orient at Home Park.
The remainder of the starting line-up was unchanged from the one that started the new campaign with successive league victories at Crewe Alexandra and home to Colchester United.
Goalkeeper Alex Palmer, defender Scott Wootton and midfielder Antoni Sarcevic - all substitutes against Leyton - were restored to the initial 11 as Argyle sought a fourth successive win in all competitions.
Newport included former Pilgrim Jamille Matt in their starting 11, up front in a 4-4-2 diamond formation, alongside Padraig Amond.
