Yann re-signs

THE final piece of Derek Adams’ pre-season jigsaw fell into place on the day that the Argyle players reported back for pre-season training, when defender Yann Songo'o signed a new deal.

The 26 year-old French-born Cameroonian youth international defender goes into his third season with the Pilgrims, having previously played under Derek at Ross County while on loan from Blackburn Rovers.

Yann, son of legendary Cameroon international goalkeeper Jacques Songo’o,  has made 92 Argyle appearances, scoring twice.
