Strike Up The Band

WHEN the final whistle blows on a Home Park match day, that is not be the end of the action.

After a Saturday afternoon’s action at the Theatre of Greens, where hopefully Derek Adams and the boys secure three points, we are opening up the Tribute Legends Lounge, and welcoming not only the Green Army, but some of the area’s finest musical acts. 

After our games against Shrewsbury (Oct 14), Rochdale (Oct 28) and Oxford (Nov 18) we will have bands playing in the Tribute Lounge, with entry completely free of charge. 

The Lounge will remain open after each corresponding fixture, and will close at midnight. No advance purchase is necessary.

Saturday, October 28, 7pm - DB2 - Lemonrock. "A male/female duo covers band, based in Plymouth. We perform songs from all eras and tastes for everyone to enjoy."

Saturday, November 18, 9pm - The Wireless - Website. "Choosing at will from the last 50 years of popular music, the band deconstruct top tunes, paring them back to the bare bones and then put them through the Wireless-o-fier™ to construct a unique sound that is tailored to fit every occasion."
