A BRACE from Ruben Lameiras helped Argyle to surf past visitors Newquay.

Aaron Goulty grabbed the Pilgrims' opener on 18 minutes, before Lameiras popped up with a brace to give Argyle a 3-0 lead by half-time .

Newquay got one back thriough Richard Griffin in the secon half, but the Greens were comfortable, and saw the game out.
