Ladies Seek First Team Manager

ARGYLE Ladies are looking appointing a first team manager for the forthcoming season.
The ideal candidates will hold a minimum Level 3 FA Football Coaching qualification. A CRB and First Aid certificate desirable but not essential as the club can assist in gaining these. Knowledge in player recruitment, development within the female game would also be an advantage.
It is essential that the manager has good local contacts within Ladies football and the drive to ensure that the best players within the South West are recruited for Argyle Ladies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering weekly coaching sessions and managing the team on match days. Training will take twice a week and a game day on Sundays.
Please note that there is substantial travelling involved with the role due to being based within the Women’s National Premier League.
We are looking for someone with high levels of motivation and the ability to dedicate time to the team's development. The role will require the individual to possess excellent communication, motivational and organisational skills. In return the ideal candidate will receive club kit and an expenses allowance for the season.
