Calling All Santas
7th November 2014
HO, ho, ho!
With the festive season just around the corner, what better way to get in the Christmas spirit than to sign up for this year’s Santa Run. Argyle Community Trust invites you to take part in this year’s 3k charity fun-run - and entry is now open. Put runners in fancy dress and suddenly a run around the park becomes ten times more fun!The event, which will take place on Saturday, December 20 at 11am, in Plymouth’s picturesque Central Park, is a perfect warm up for Argyle's last game before Christmas against Dagenham and Redbridge. We will be raising money for Prostate Cancer, Argyle Community Trust and the Argyle Youth Academy. You will earn a medal whether you walk, jog or run - you decide!
This is an event that is sure you to get you giggling as you line up with 300 other Santas to raise thousands of pounds for charity. Santas young & old, of all abilities, can get involved, and you get your Santa suit for free.
If every person who runs the Santa Run raises just £50, we can raise £15,000 be raised for charity. This would allow the Community Trust to make a significant difference in the lives of the disadvantaged.
