Argyle Under-18s will kick off their pre-season schedule on Saturday, 18 July, with a game against the senior team of fellow Devon club Sidmouth Town.
Jamie Lowry’s charges have been split up over the first weeks of pre-season, with several first- and second-year scholars involved in the first team’s training camp in Spain, sponsored by Fineline Group, and opening fixture against Plymouth Parkway.
Now, the opportunity for a five-game away run in before the opening game of the season on Saturday, 8 August, comes around for the squad, alongside any further first-team action.
The following fortnight sees two games per week for Argyle. Leicester City are the opponents on Tuesday, 21 July, before the first of two trips to Wales, with a match against Cardiff City in the Welsh capital on Saturday, 25 July.
The final week of matches sees another local game on Tuesday, 28 July, against Elburton Villa’s first team, at Haye Road, before another journey to Wales to face Swansea City on Saturday, 1 August, rounds out preparations.
